Where am I?

Loading this one on the site a bit late and now cannot remember where or at what time I took this. I would say it must have been the morning as this particular evening I was busy and I know that I didn't get home until it was properly dark, so I guess it must have been taken on my way to work. But it seems a bit dark for that. It's a mystery but it was on my phone so must be my photo!
