Torville and Dean watch out

Sadly a little man woke at 4;30
Mummy, I coughed and did a wee!
He was distraught.
Stripped and changed him then tried to settle him but he kept coughing
Then munchie woke up so day started early

Left daddy in bed as he was cold and achey - we headed to the ice skating rink at a local garden centre. I’m not sure when i last wore a pair of skates but it has to be some 30 years ago.
Munchie loved it - starting on the bananas then on to the penguins and onto holding hands, finishing with some free skating! So proud. Wom loved the bananas but got tired so we came off the ice and sat with unki Jamie who had come to watch.
Hot chocolates in the cafe after. Nugget shop for lunch with unki Jamie and Home

Wom slept
Munchie and I popped to waitrose to pick up the John Lewis order. 10 parcels - it was all individually wrapped which seemed a tad silly.

Ended up ringing 111 as wom was just not right. His cough is persistent and he is just under the weather, the person we spoke to assured me we had done the right thing in calling (even though I was worried were taking up valuable time someone more poorly may need) we were told we would get a cal back in the hour - we did, but was a clerical call to say they were so busy and someone would ring us when they could.
We decided that taking wom out would be more detrimental than normal bedtime so Baths as normal

They rang just after bath and as we know what to look for watch out for with croup they are happy that we go to the hospital up the road from us in the morning so have an 8:30 appointment.

I’m working on sleep is the best sure
