Poppy

A brilliant day out of the office with two of my fantastic colleagues. They work in Fife, in Buckhaven and Methil.

The area has a really proud social and industrial history and I met some wonderful characters.

The main photo is taken from Methil, of 'Poppy', the wind turbine that sits at BiFab, a symbol of new industry. Recently looked like it might be in trouble too. Hopefully all will be well.

The extras show the view earlier in the day from Buckhaven - the area has lovely light. And a piece of excellent street art.
