Lights out ~ (back blip)

Our power was finally restored this morning after 15 hours as natures freezing rain and high winds wreaked havoc in our valley yesterday.  As temperatures dipped below freezing and the rains continued their battering our world became one giant ice arena.  Road conditions and travel was hazardous and trees and branches took out power lines as they snapped and fell leaving most of our city without power.  

We were safe and warm in our home but it does make one aware yet again, how fragile we humans are in the force of nature.  Now the clean up begins.
