Cheddar and Sun-dried Tomato Loaf

Bread making has taken a bit of a back seat recently, what with not being very well before Xmas and then occupied with all the seasonal cooking. But good to get back to it - this is a new bread mix I found in the shop the other day, a variation on the Parmesan and Sundried Tomato which is also a firm favourite.
