Bubble n Squeak

The joy of left overs. It doesn’t happen very often in our house, so this odd looking concoction is quite the treat.
Sprouts, onion, cabbage, mash potatoes, turkey of course and a hit of chilli, lightly fried off. Very, very naughty, but soooo nice :-)
