Rose

My friend who I missed seeing over Christmas and the one remaining flower on the little Rose bush #1 daughter gave to me. 

I'm exhausted today, trying to beat the challenges on the fitbit - I've climbed 12 floors (the stairs, up and down!) had over an hour of moderate exercise (general housework, laundry, cooking,  and a little tending in the garden) and walked over 7,000 steps ................  heart rate's a bit high!!

Now the weather's a little better down south we're off tomorrow to visit my #2 daughter and family for a more exciting day!
