New School

Where once there was a high speed canning line. No double some sort of Another Brick in the Wall'reference could be made, replacing cans of McEwans Lager with a conveyor belt of children. Another change since I was here a few years ago.
We were taking a break between two movies at The Filmhouse to drop off a Christmas card at L's friend B's. We started with the original Miracle on 34th Street with L and L from Soc Cafe. Surprised at how modern and relevant it seemed. Then back for Jane, about the chimp researcher Jane Goodall. And on the way out met ex-S&N colleague M who I have not seen for a long time - nice to catch up with her. And one last bit of connecting before we got home as we 'overshot' the bus to Musselburgh to pop in on L and P before heading for home.
