Sail On

A lovely escape day in the city, eating and wandering and eating some more. We just don't have Vietnamese or Nepalese food in our own town. The last stop was the Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park, with its fascinating collection of orchids and tropicals and carniverous plants. The view is out the front window, looking at Sutro Tower, which my son and I used to call the Ghost Ship when we lived here years ago; you can often see it sailing above the fog line, when no other landmarks are visible.
