New Forest ponies

Headed to Beaulieu this morning and went for a walk near the river where we heard we were likely to spot some ponies . There were a few on the road as we drove into the village  that looked like they were heading to a local pub (see extra taken from the car) , and a couple grazing nearby but it was rather cold and cloudy so we followed their example and headed to the pub for lunch. Later found a good spot not far from our hotel with lots of grazing ponies but by then the sun had just set. Will head back their tomorrow before we leave the area.
