Big Skies

An overnight trip up North to visit Grandad, again staying in our favourite hotel and a brief escape onto the beach for a walk this morning, sadly my alarm didn't go off when I expected so it was shorter than I'd have liked, but worth it nonetheless.

After a busy morning helping to sort out some bits and pieces we had a good lunch and then started home. Sadly the M6 gods weren't with us and so the journey home took nearly 6 hours.
