Festive walking

We fancied blowing away some cobwebs so headed west to Ullswater & walked up Gowbarrow Fell. It was very icy with a fair covering of snow on the summit. Thankfully we were well wrapped up & my new walking poles came in very useful! Some Christmas Fayre at our favourite local pub finished the day perfectly! We certainly had a good appetite!
