Ernie, The Fastest Milkman In The War

Day 2 of Pickering Wartime Weekend and the busiest day too. Apparently around 10,000 people pour into the town and we seemed to get stuck behind all of them at some point ;-)

I particularly like the people who dress up, not in military uniform, but in the civilian outfits of the day. Like this milkman chap on his delivery bike. What an odd way to spend your weekends...!
