Swan Family

There was plenty of bird life on the pond this afternoon. It's quite surprising that the swans always come over to see me even though I have the two dogs with me, so habituated are they to being fed by humans. The cygnets, which have now reduced to three from the original five, are fast coming to maturity. The one nearest the camera looks as though he may develop his white adult plumage in the next two or three months.
