Frost!

Took a trip into Loughborough this morning and the footways and cycleways were white over in a hoar frost. It seemed grippy enough if you took it steady and seemed easier to cycle on than walk on! However, you'll see from the photo it did rather build up under my mudguards. It was easier on the way back with 25kg of wild bird seed in the trailer!

In the afternoon we took a trip to a garden centre near Oakham, which is about 20 miles from us, and what a difference in the scenery. They had a considerable snowfall, which you can see in the extra photo.
