a boy, a beach, a kite ...

The boy came over to stay the night as he so often does on a Friday. We spent the evening watching episodes of David Attenborough's Planet Earth. He loves all the nature documentaries and I bought this one for him recently.

Today, after a clear night and sharp frost, was bright, warm and beautiful.
The boy's destination of choice was Long Strand and he brought with him the kite he'd found in the cupboard which we had forgotten about. Great fun.

It was another blip-rich day and so hard to choose just one picture. The autumn colours in the garden are wonderful and deserved to be blipped so I am hoping for another bright day tomorrow as this one of the boy with the kite had to be the one for today.
