2nd 1st sphere

I spent the day today at New Liston House taking part in a class on ascension meditation. They call it the 1st sphere (as there are more than one of them obviously) and once you've been on the course once, you can go on it again, as many times as you like, for the rest of your life, for free!

They call this "repeating" however my experience today was so very different from my experience the 1st time I went, that I don't think that word does it justice.

Anyway, I am very grateful to have the opportunity to do this and to my teachers Sri Daya and Suka who helped me appreciate it. X
