Guess what I got for Christmas?

My friend in NZ got a cheese making kit as a present a couple of years ago and since then I have always fancied having a go myself. I was a very lucky girl when Santa heard my pleas and the box of Scottish Crowdie is awaiting my amateur skills. I am however going to have to wait until I’ve snaffled all the cheese I already had in the fridge. This kit has enough ingredients in it for nearly 12kg of cheese so should keep me busy for a while :-))))
