Indoor cats

With such terrible weather why would anyone, let alone cats, go outdoors? Smudge has spent the whole day on the window ledge, whereas Juliette took up her position amongst the cushions this morning and has only moved once - at tea time.

I only ventured outside in the sleet to feed the chickens, geese and ducks. They do not seem to mind the cold and slippery mud as much as I do .
