In The Pink
My contribution to Breast Cancer Awarness Month. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer three years ago and that is why I would encourage awareness in order to catch it early. There are tow people on blip I know (probably more) that on on the start of their journey to battle cancer. Our love and thoughts go out to them on the start of their journey, it sometimes a long one.
I was reading recently about dogs being trained to sniff out Cancer, how wonderful is that. Another story is about a lady whose dog kept sniffing her right breast. She ignored this for some time, the dog then placed it's paw on her breast and ket it there and this is when she thought she had better get things checked. She was in the later stages of Cancer...incedible detection from the dog. Our dear furry friends are remarkable, I know Kirsty was continually by my side when I came out of hospital. Rog would take her for a walk but she would be straight back to me. We can truly call them our best friends!!! Off to Mum's now, catch up on comments late, love Tina and Kirsty dog xxx
