Boxing Day treat

We took Mum and Dad on the Mince Pie Special Keighley and Worth Valley Railway today. It was snowing as we left Harden, and as we got to Oxenhope the tops were white . Very pretty, especially from a nice warm steam train.

A trip down memory lane for Dad of course as he used to get these trains to school, having lived in Damens from being a few weeks old till after he and mum were married.

Miss H and G then came and joined us at home, - they spent yesterday with G’s family, so a lovely afternoon and evening spent together.

As I have 29 extras left I thought I’d put some of the other shots I took today, including Dad’s childhood home.
