Extreme planking!

Perhaps Ros and I have been going to Keep Fit/ Zumba too often???

On our Boxing Day walk from Hebden Bridge to Gibson Mill and back ( 3hours round trip ), Ros suddenly decided to show us what was meant by extreme planking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
