Boxing Day

Do you feel sort of relaxed today? I do! Although I did two Christmas invitations in a row, now I'm on my own with half the washing up still to do (no dishwasher). Yet my life feels my own again somehow!

Today, my daughter and grandson came to lunch and we had mince pies afterwards!

It feels a little strange this evening with my home so quiet - I'm sort of torn between loving it and not feeling quite sure. Do you ever feel like that?

I'm sure I shall be back into routine tomorrow. Tonight I shall offer myself some recorded TV and maybe carry on with knitting scarves for refugees.
