Happy blip day to me

Six years ago, we had a teeny four week old baby girl who was due in two weeks time, I was tired but happy. Uncle John introduced me to blip. Six years later I’ve blipped every day, even days when I’ve been ill, away or almost forgotten. Doing blip is part of me, it’s brought me some fabulous friends, a fabulous support network and also six wonderfully happy years of memories

Most of my blips are punctuated with early starts, last night won the prize. 11pm, Mummy is it time to get up! This went on through the night every hour. At 6am I was broken so we headed back to our bed where she fidgeted and squirmed until we heard wom awake.

Stockings opened and then downstairs to see what santa had left. Munchie was delighted with her tennis set and was amused that santa had left a message to say he had run out of big reindeers so had left her a small one. Wom was so excited about his wrecking ball crane and loved his cuddly penguin.

We slowly worked through the pile of presents, have played with nearly all their presents.

Grandma arrived and we ate our Christmas meal, was lovely and wom and munchie both ate so well.

Children are both in bed. Gin has been poured and Call the Midwife is on.

Merry Christmas one and all
