Murky Pentland Hills

A murkey Christmas Eve. Spend the morning tidying up the house for tomorrow. The weather is not very good for cycling.

In the afternoon, its a trip down to Morningside for my partner and I for fresh air and anything that catches the eye. As there are quite a few minutes until the next bus, we walk down to Greenbank. I get my blip of the Pentlands. I'm glad I do not have my big coat on, its very warm.

Quite a few of the charity shops are closed in Morningside, so shopping doesn't take very long. We go to the Harvest Garden to have a chat with friends who own the shop. Then off to a coffee shop, but it is closing early for Christmas Eve, so we end up at Costa. Get the bus home after a last trip to Waitrose.

Get home, have tea, finish tidying up and wrap presents. Have a Drambuie to relax.
