Woolly beasts

Lovely Christmas eve walk with the boys. We always try to find snow, but this year it's far too mild. We did see snow on the hills, but didn't manage to find any to play in, so had to make do with a pine cone fight instead.
These shaggy beasties came and said hello over their fence.
Now just par-boiling the potatoes, and infusing the milk for tomorrow's bread sauce
