Out on the bike for the morning to East Lothian. 56 miles of riding and that 40-50mph westerly....it was brutal*. I limped home, spent.

*Plus my glasses got blown from my helmet around Seton Sands and were rather unceremoniously run over and smashed to bits by a car when they landed in the middle of the road.
