Today's blip of one of the many channels into the estuary taken on this morning's walk before the rain arrived.  Lots of sinking mud out there.  I have been told that if you know what you are doing you can actually walk across the estuary to Scotland when the tide is right.  Think I'll pass.  Lots of blue sky around this morning and even some sunshine, first for ages.

No family Christmas for me and Misty this year.  Having a quiet one and going to them in the New Year instead.  Shame its now going to rain for the next 36 hours!
