Merry Christmas Eve

I've had an extremely quiet day with my furry friends, haven't seen another human, even when out walking Minty. Mind you, it was horribly wet at the time, so that's not surprising.

It's the first year for a long time that I haven't had family coming for Christmas, so I haven't been busy preparing food and doing last-minute things like wrapping presents. Instead I'll be spending tomorrow with both daughters at Lulabel's, so today I've been sitting with my feet up for much of the day.

Some things never change, though - watching and listening to carols from King's College, Cambridge is an essential Christmas Eve tradition before all the more light-hearted telly.
