On the streets...

... of Exeter today. Armed Police. With very impressive weapons. Happy to be photographed. This isn’t unusual apparently. Armed officers have Patrolled the streets of Exeter for quite sometime. I just found it a tad unsettling to see in sleepy Devon. A place I associate with holidays rather than terrorists threats. Times have clearly changed.

On a lighter note it’s been a lovely day with LandscapeGirl. We have both indulged in a little bit of retail therapy. I have another much needed camera bag :-) and she has some lovely boots.

We have also been to the cinema. Seeing the latest Star Wars. We both enjoyed it.

Now back at our Air B&B and a few minutes relax before we head out to our favourite restaurant in Lyme, Harbour Inn, for our Christmas Eve meal (we have sandwiches for tomorrow).
