Bag packed...

If you had asked me two years ago what I would be doing right now it would not be this. Tomorrow I fly to Kenya to see the Elephant Juice One Feeds Two promise in action.

I have never been to Africa and to be honest it was never high on my holiday list. Injections, long flights, large insects and significant poverty and social problems. New York is much more bag..literally.

However, it is exciting to think of what lies ahead-the uncertainty of what we will see, who we will meet and where we will stay! There is no doubt in my mind that this trip will open my eyes to a world I knew existed but ignored. I'll see Poverty of the likes I have never seen before, yet appreciation for things I take for granted.

It's been 2 years since Elephant Juice started, bur this feels like it is just the beginning-but the beginning of what!?
