Dobos

Our Hungarian friend who is staying with us, made a delicious Hungarian cake, consisting of six light sponge layers with chocolate cream in between and topped with caramel. (also see extras)
It was invented by a Hungarian pastry chef called Jozsef Dobos in 1884.
