"It's Pretty In Autumn"

Still not feeling better yet - it suddenly hit me that all those months of training may come to nothing if I can't get well by Sunday. I know it's not a waste and that I've already done the distance in training, but it was all building up to this milestone, the Cardiff Half Marathon... It's a little bit heartbreaking.

To cheer me up Lyds and I went for a walk around Bute Park. It was lovely and sunny for the first time in a week, and my mood is definitely brighter this evening - one step at a time, whether running or walking, I'll go the distance.
