Minimalist

For many years now I have gone to my sister's for Christmas, so I don't really do much at home with respect to decorations.  In fact, apart from Christmas cards, the tree in the blip is my minimalist approach to Christmas decorations - Bah Humbug ;-)

The card by the tree is from "everyone at the Jacobite Steam Train".  I have traveled on the Jacobite twice and they obviously like me enough to think I'm worth a card at Christmas ;-)  Any Harry Potter fans should recogonise the viaduct - Glennfinnan Viaduct on the line from Fort William to Mallaig.  If you are even in that part of Scotland I would strongly recommend a trip on the Jacobite - fantastic scenery, even from a ScotRail diesel, but somehow it is even better from a steam train.
