Don’t you just hate it when you turn up somewhere and some has the exact same outfit as you do.

A visit to the Arundel Wildlife & Wetland Centre today was pretty magical even in the late afternoon drizzle.

Along with a Lego model and a boy impersonating one, we got to see a real life kingfisher swoop and glide between the reefs as our silent little boat passed through the waterways.

Plentiful mince pies, quizzes, games and chatter added to the festive cheer.

Oh and the middle boys and their mums ran the local park run first thing which was an ace start to the day!
