"I've Been Good"

Mrs ATB and I went to the Marshwalk for lunch this afternoon where we saw yet another in the series of festive holiday birds.

This pelican seemed quite pleased with himself and obviously believes he's been good all year as opposed to yesterday's heron.

Not sure what the pelican requested from Santa...possibly a gift card to the seafood buffet. :-)

We were planning to head back over to the MW later this evening for drinks but although it's quite mild  (70F) the wind really has been picking up. 

So we may hit the Moose or more likely just stay in and spend time with poor Ripley. She really is declining lately and one thing she does enjoy is laying across my lap as we watch TV.
