Serrated 'Shrooms

LARGER.

On Fridays I only need to work a 7 hour day instead of 7 and 1/2 - so I decided to take a longer lunch-break and have a good, long look in Bracondale wood. Suddenly there are 'shrooms appearing like crazy! Some crackers too :) I know Bracondale intimately, where various 'markers' are etc, so I'd used my noddle and taken a pen and paper with me and have noted the whereabouts of some, so I can go back to them next week (I'm hoping they haven't been eaten or disappeared by then!)

Today's blip though I found almost on the doorstep - on the sloping grassed area leading up from the front entrance of County Hall itself as I walked up it toward the wood.

On leaving work I needed to stop of at a shop, so took the inner ring road. It was sunny but as I approached my destination it started to rain and ahead of me appeared a complete rainbow, bridging the buildings. Luckily I managed to park, grab my camera and get some shots ....
