FlowerFriday22 A Christmas visit to Forty Hall

Today Violet arrived for her last Friday with me before the Big Day.  There was no Tumble Tots so we had arranged to meet her friend S and her Mummy at Forty Hall for a pre Christmas catch up.  The little café had thoughtfully provided colouring materials for little ones, so that there was plenty to keep them amused for an hour or so while we grown ups chatted and drank tea and coffee.  The girls had delicious child sized hot chocolate drinks, cheese sandwiches and some rather good chocolate cake.
Afterwards we walked slowly to our cars, so the girls had a good chance to run around.  We were delighted to see a bride and her  groom having their photo taken in front of the splendid Jacobean Manor house.  Both girls were convinced that the bride was a Disney princess!
