It’s that time of the year 
When JazzyB organises the
 
“Great Blippish Bakeoff” for Christmas Cakes.

The ingredients marinated in brandy for 24 hours earlier this week then it was into the oven for baking Thursday afternoon.  
Today was icing day. The marzipan and soft white icing were rolled and cut to shape this morning  and the royal topping was made and added while dinner was cooking this evening. 
Finally, the decorations were added and the photo taken - now it is almost the start of another day!!



Thank you for the stars and hearts for yesterday’s two quite different photos. I loved the elegance of the waiting room and I loved the vibrant funky street cart - contrasts, but both special in their own way. 


I am turning comments on again, but I’m not sure how I will keep up with commenting at the moment. Possibly the sprinkling of stars and hearts will be the continued norm for the moment.
