One of my favourite flowers - I just love aggies! Apparently their name comes from the Greek for 'love'. I'm not surprised! This one is growing on the boundary with my neighbours .....


Thank you for the lovely comments about the happy and working relationship that I have with my neighbours - re the tree and shrub pruning on our mutual boundary, in yesterday's blip. They are the neighbours that I lived with, on three separate occasions, while I was out of the house for nearly 3 years, for quake repairs. I am very lucky indeed to have them as neighbours!
