The new kitchen tap

This is another of the plumber's 'boys', who came to fit the new mixer tap in my kitchen at the crack of dawn this morning. Not very convenient, as I left home yesterday, but I was glad to get the job done.

He was a tall young chap and I was amused at the way he folded his legs and sat on his feet while he was working under the sink. Simple things...

Otherwise a quiet day waiting in for a delivery for P. I spent it mostly on the sofa watching the whole of the first series of 'Happy Valley'.
