Black panther

This fierce-looking beast is in fact only a rather weathered old tomcat I passed on the walk home tonight. In fact I have seen him sitting on more or less the same patch of pavement at least twice before. Contrary to appearances he was entirely unconcerned by my presence. All I got from him as I stood there was a squeak and then a spectacular fang-flashing yawn, which I wasn't really sure whether to take personally or not.
