Urban Decay

Close to where I live is this block of four shops. Only one of them (Lifestyle Express) is regularly open. The Hairdressers opens 2 days per week and the Beautician opens only when they have bookings. The other three units have all been empty for at least a year. This morning I see someone working in the end unit (which used to be a Post Office) - and I see that it is about to become a betting shop. <<SIGH>>
