Broody sky
A visit to my in laws in Bournemouth today so another busy day. This blip was taken at 10 to 3 looking towards Sandbanks and Old Harry’s rocks, the light was pretty bad. The extra is looking in the other direction towards the Isle of Wight and Bournemouth. I watched the progress of sunset most of the way home but it wasn’t very brilliant on this shortest day of the year. Roll on lighter evenings. We heard last night that our eldest grandson in Canada has been accepted at his school of choice for senior school much to the astonishment of his parents. They let him sit the entrance exam because he wanted to but they didn’t expect him to get in. We are now waiting to see if his younger brother has been accepted at his school of choice. He has a learning disability and now needs to type all his written work as his spelling and writing are not good. Otherwise, he is a very clever boy and quite advanced for his age.
