Musical ice....

on the lake shore again. Love to hear this. It occurs when a thaw breaks up the ice and a breeze pushes the platelets to the loch end where it tinkles like broken glass!
There were lots of Grouse out feeding and Partridge in the fields.
The squirrels have been at the feeder in the garden every day, making up for the time they were snug in their drey and snowbound!
