Abstract Seasonal Card

So the Sun is at stand-still, the shortest day is upon us and mostly already done with, and it's as dark and gloomy as it can be! Hurrah! That means from here on in there's a little more daylight each day - an extra three seconds tomorrow! Use them wisely!

To those Druids who choose to freeze at Stonehenge tomorrow morning, well done! Some Druids, I understand, will be welcoming the winter solstice sunrise from deep within ancient barrows. This Druid will be making ritual from deep within his duvet.

Nonetheless, this time of year is worth acknowledging, and in doing so it's equally worth sharing the midwinter festivities with everyone whether it be Yule, Christmas, Saturnalia, Hogswatch or Deus Sol Invictus. May peace and love surround you and yours, me and mine, and them and theirs.
