Junglemania
I spent a whole day at Waddesdon in the House interacting with and helping our visitors. There was a relentless stream of people, which shows that the timed ticketing system does keep numbers roughly even. Most people were in good spirits and I didn't hear any grumbling. One gentleman who lives quite close hadn't been in the House since he was a boy when he spent a lot of time with his grandfather who was employed there. He was enjoying it very much and will return.
One area of the decorations is replicating the jungle - these lights give strange patterns on people creating abstract images. An extra of the woods near the power house. I met some choir friends for their annual visit and, once home,. It was a quick in and out to get to Buckingham Camera Club for the fish and chips supper, quizzes and presentations.
