Busy Baking Biscuits.
Every year at Christmas I give my customers a small token of thanks, something I have made which they can eat at this festive time of year.
This year it is Lemon & Poppy seed biscuits, a recipe given to me by one of them (I'll have to do something different for her!)
Today was the first of my Christmas holiday break and, with no alarm, I woke far later than I had expected.
The best part of the day was seeing RF returning to good health and receiving a beautiful new hat knitted by her.
