Cameron's edited life

the ancient and the modern

This afternoon I grabbed my Fuji x10 and jumped in a taxi to Old Sharm. This seems to be the original market place for this part of Egypt, before the developers moved in.

It is filthy, noisy, has crazy traffic, feral cats by the hundreds and everyone is trying to make a buck. I just loved it. I don't reckon it'll be everyone's cup of tea though.

I was warned that the camel-riding Bedouin folk might hassle me for money if I grabbed an image of them - luckily I was wearing my running shoes.

Camels and mobile phones are such a great combo, don't you think?
