CHRISTMAS IS COMING....

.... and thankfully late today a massive storm blew over dropping our temp from 42 deg C again today to 27 deg C - pleasant!

Must be getting old, once upon a time you would be out there in it doing what's needed, but not now thanks!!

Anyway, popped out the back to see what's doing late, and waaaaay way away over the dam spotted this white chested sea eagle being harassed by a couple of minor birds I suspect. 

So, I have quickly pointed out to Santa in an email, that the new 200-500mm lense needs to on board the sleigh!!!???  Explaining my Blip mates would far prefer to see a closer shot than this one?

Suppose we will have to see what comes!! ha ha...

Have not seen one of these over here since moving but have caught them a few times once on a "special" Blip meet back when!!
